ALPEN 3D
Please note:
The installation of the program takes place in 2 steps:
First step: Installation of the Alps 3D Viewer ("basic platform" with the entire environment in low resolution) and
Second step: Installation of the main program (high resolution).
The entire installation uses approximately 3,5 - 7,5 gigabyte.

To locate the problem we need the following system information:
1. Processor type + clock frequency
2. Main memory (RAM)
3. Graphics card, graphics card memory size, graphics card driver date
4. Operating system
5. LAN/WLAN adapter
6. Harddisks + free memory
Registration update for tour planning DVDs
Due to a necessary change on 04/01/2012 the server needs an update for automatic online registration.
Basically, the update must be performed after installation of the DVD. After this the registration can be done as requested. Once a new DVD has been installed, the update must be issued again. Already registered DVDs do not need an update.
Please download the appropriate installer for your 3D RealityMaps DVD and implement the file.

Alternatively you can contact us ("Request Registration Code" in the system control of 3D RealityMaps program - email registration) and send us your registration information. We will generate the unlock code and send it to you immediately.
