Delivery and payment conditions

PAYMENT

In our online shop you can choose between the payment methods bank collection, PayPal or prepayment.

In case you choose prepayment please transfer the invoice value to following bank account:

DELIVERY

We usually send 3D RealityMaps with "Deutsche Post/DHL" within 1-3 working days.

Delivery is performed by the respective post in the receiving country or logistics service. Thus on international level different delivery times may occur.

Tax Information

For shipments to Switzerland the German sales tax, which is currently 19%, will be omitted. Therefore, the invoice will reflect only the net product value.
The customer is the importer and is therefore liable for customs and VAT. The resulting costs will be collected from the recipient by the Swiss postal service upon delivery of the merchandise.  Customs fees and sales tax are not applicable for orders totaling up to a maximum of approximately CHF 65,00 (= approx. 40,00 EUR). If the value of the order (product value + shipping costs**) is greater than CHF 65,00 the Swiss import tax, currently at 7,6%, will be included in the invoice. In addition, the Swiss postal service mandates a 10,00 CHF fee for shipments that exceed the duty and tax-free amount, also known as ?Postvorweisungstaxe?.

These terms are effective without guarantee. The federal custom officials EZV will happily provide more detailed information.

**(The net product value of 1 DVD is approximately 50,97 CHF plus Shipping and handling (6,30 CHF) = 52,27 CHF)

For orders of only 1 DVD the value of goods (approx. 50,97 CHF) plus shipping and handling (approx. 6,30 CHF) and the weight (approx. 130 g) are under the minimum accounting limits, therefore customs fees, import taxes and  delivery charges will not apply!

REFUND

Within 14 days after receiving your order you can send it back without giving a reason. This requires, that the product is still in its orginal package. Thus please check if your system meets the system requirements on the back of the DVD case before installing the DVD.


When returning your order you receive back the value of goods. When returning pleace give us your bank account on which weh should transfer the refund.
