System requirements  

• How do I know if the system requirements have been met?

Installation

• How do I install the 3D RealityMaps Viewer?

• I am receiving an error message from Kaspersky or another antivirus program.

• I am receiving warnings from the system test program.

• The G Data Security System is preventing the download of the viewer software.

Within the application

• Can I make the display more fluid, in other word increase the display speed?

• Can I adjust the image to see more detail, in other words increase the image quality?

To locate the problem we need the following system information:

1. Processor type + clock frequency
2. Main memory (RAM)
3. Graphics card, graphics card memory size, graphics card driver date
4. Operating system
5. Harddisks + free memory
