In case your PID is not accepted, please ensure that you enter the PID (located on the inside of the DVD case) and the entire String. Otherwise the entry is blocked. Therefore also enter the first three figures (?PID?).
Validity of the product key after uninstalling the software:
After uninstalling one of our products your product key continues to be valid. However, if you change the system (new graphics card, memory, new operation system) or use a new computer you have to request a new product key (online, e-mail or fax), because the previous one has become invalid due to the system change.
